Who has time for school? Not I said this Bulldog
Why not steal rather than study?
During graduation back in June at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayagüez Cristina Ruiz was receiving her diploma.
During the ceremony its customary to have your photo taken with the school mascot who happens to be a bulldog named Tarzan.
During this photoshoot Tarzan decided he would like to have the diploma back. Tarzan then decided to try and take a bite out of it.
You would think Ruiz was upset because the bulldog chewed up her diploma but she actually though it was quite funny . It doesn't hurt that everyone at the school loves Tarzan along with Ruiz as well.
She decided it actually made the diploma all that more special. It was like a proverbial cherry on the top
At the university they even have huge statue of Tarzan
In the picture below you can see Ruiz even recreating that moment with the giant Tarzán statue mentioned earlier.
Tarzan ruthless ambition didn't pay off but that's ok because everyone still loves him
