I hate to break it to you but cannot eliminate farting in Bulldogs unfortunately. Like us its natural and needs to happen. If you stopped it completely they just might explode! Bulldogs especially seem seem to have a genetic predisposition to farting.
There are ways you can improve the situation leaving 2 solutions.
1) Find ways to reduce the gas through diet. Making the diet is higher quality and ensuring that you are not feeding your pet anything that they are allergic to. Check out this article for more information on that
2)Make sure your dog doesn't have any of these health conditions
-Inflammatory Bowel Disease
-tumors
-Irritable Bowel Syndrome
-pancreatic disease
-gastrointestinal disease
-parasites
-bacteria infection
3)Find ways to eliminate or reduce the odor from the farts with things like odor eliminating sprays or something like the Smelleze Reusable Pet Odor Eliminator Pouch. Or you can simply light a match to make the fart smell(Hydrogen Sulphide Gas) smells go away. You can learn more here
