Dubbed the saddest looking Bulldog on Instagram Madame eyebrows may look like she has had a ruff life and has become a sensation but as you'll see she is anything but.
Her droopy eyebrow patches and downturned mouth only give the impression. She really is
a happy-go-lucky little pup.
She has 32,000 Instagram followers thanks to cute pics taken by owner Janina, of Germany, who said: 'You have to see her only a few minutes and you see that she is happy.'
