A 3 year old male French Bulldog was dumped and luckily found in Swansea Wales. The Bulldog had multiple health issues.
He was found by a passerby, foaming at the mouth and luckily could get the little guy to follow them home. He is now receiving treatment
for various other health issues too including facial paralysis causing a tilted head, a
damaged eye and inflamed ears.
The RSPCA had found an unregistered microchip from Poland. He remains in their care. They have launched an investigation and are hoping
